These Terms govern your use of ihandyouabusiness.com (the "Site"), operated by Alexander Walton ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or submitting the application form, you agree to these Terms.
The Site lets you submit an application expressing interest in working with us. Submitting the form is an inquiry only and does not create any agreement, obligation, partnership, or guarantee of any outcome. We may respond to, decline, or not respond to any submission at our discretion.
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that it is yours to share. Please do not submit confidential information you are not free to disclose.
Program. The Site uses an internal notification program in which the site owner receives automated text messages to the owner's own mobile number when a new application is submitted. These notifications are sent to the business owner only. Applicants are not enrolled in any text message program by submitting the form.
Message frequency varies and depends on how many applications are submitted.
Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The Blueprint is the first step and it costs $1,000. It is a written document: our full read on what is possible for you, covering the offer, the pricing, the page, the launch and the tools we use, and it is yours to keep.
Work beyond the Blueprint is quoted per project. We agree the scope and the price with you in writing before that work starts, and nothing further is charged until you have accepted that quote. If the scope changes once work has started, we will confirm the new scope and any change in price with you in writing before continuing. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details.
The Blueprint is non-refundable. It is delivered as a finished written document, so once it has been sent it cannot be returned.
It does come off what you build next. If you decide to work with us in a greater capacity, the $1,000 is credited against that work.
Anything beyond the Blueprint is your decision to make before you pay for it. Paying for further work means you have read the Blueprint and judged it worth continuing, and that you are willing to do the work and follow the plan it sets out.
We do not guarantee results and there is no money-back guarantee. What we guarantee is the work itself: the thing we agreed to build, built and handed over.
If something has gone wrong, tell us before you dispute a charge. Write to alexander@ihandyouabusiness.com and we will look at it.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not responsible for any decisions you make based on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
