I Hand You A Business is operated by Alexander Walton. We build websites, sales pages and the systems behind them for people who already have a skill but do not yet have a business around it. The first step is the Blueprint, a written plan you keep. Work beyond that is quoted per project and agreed in writing before anything is charged.
Email is the fastest way to get a person. Every message is read and answered by Alexander directly, not by a support queue.
So we can help on the first reply, please include:
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement under the name shown on your receipt. If you do not recognise a charge, email us before disputing it and we will find it and explain it.
The Blueprint costs $1,000 and is non-refundable, because it is delivered as a finished written document. If you go on to work with us in a greater capacity, that $1,000 is credited against what you build next.
Anything beyond the Blueprint is quoted and agreed in writing first, so the decision to spend more is yours to make before you spend it. We do not guarantee results and there is no money-back guarantee. The full wording is in our Terms & Conditions.
If the work needs to change once it has started, tell us and we will confirm the new scope and any change in price in writing before we carry on.
If something has gone wrong, email us and say so plainly. We would rather hear it and fix it.
