This Privacy Policy explains what information this website collects when you submit the application form, how that information is used, and the choices you have. The site is operated by Alexander Walton ("we," "us," "our").

Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to enter into the application form. That includes:

Your name
Your email address
Your phone number (if you provide it)
The answers you write in the form's questions (what you do, what you've built, why now)

We do not run advertising trackers or sell your data. Basic technical details such as your browser type and the time of submission are recorded with your application to help us prevent spam.

How we use your information

Your submission is used for one purpose: to review your application and to contact you about it. When you submit the form, a copy of your application is stored in our database and a notification is sent to the site owner so the owner can follow up with you personally.

Text message (SMS) notifications

The only SMS sent in connection with this site is an internal notification to the site owner's own phone announcing that a new application arrived. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages to applicants, and submitting the form does not enroll you in any text message program. Your mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

How your information is shared

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site work (for example, our hosting, database, and notification providers), and only so they can deliver and store your submission on our behalf. We may disclose information if required by law.

Payments

If you go on to pay us for work, the payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own systems and are never sent to us or stored by us. We receive only the information Stripe passes back to identify the payment, such as your name, email address, the amount and the last four digits of the card.

Data retention

We keep applications for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to them, and to keep records of our correspondence. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact below.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, email us at the address below and we will respond.
